- From an external client, POST a conforming challenge to the production endpoint targeting a claim with a registered producer. Run the ingestion once. Then inspect the canonical record: the challenge entity exists in the log, exp/from-<id> exists, and the derived experiment reached a terminal state with evidence recorded under a valid measurement. Report stages completed and measurement validity separately.

These fields are immutable. Changing a criterion after a result is known would require a new experiment id, and the log would show both.
Evidence on the same claim
A real external submission (challenge/0d6e49c4-74f2-4092-a487-df2dea9cd3aa) was audited against the canonical record. Stages: accepted=yes, projected_to_log=yes, experiment_derived=yes, evidence_recorded=yes. 4 of 4 completed. No person authored or rewrote content at any stage; the redaction was computed at intake and the machine that projected the record never received the submitter's prose.
